What you will do
You will manage and take responsibility for the customer journey of our Software IQA from beginning to end leveraging your background in production management and your keen sense of customer needs. As a Revenue Operations Manager, your goal is to redefine how lean manufacturing is implemented and executed for each of our clients in the future. You will:
  • Manage the client relationship for the entire customer journey with IQA, from lead generation through the pilot phase to roll-out and live operation actively improving production processes and delivering impact
  • Manage your Customer Success Teams independently to onboard the customers, and convert them to Software-as-a-Service subscriptions, enabling the go-live and ongoing operations of IQA 
  • Use your know-how of production processes and your understanding of the customer’s pain points to identify how IQA can become a major value driver for the customer
  • Build strong and trusted relationships with customers ranging from SMEs to large enterprises and Production Managers to C-Level Executives both in the DACH region and internationally
  • Promote IQA by showcasing the software at customer meetings or industry events
  • Contributing to ONIQ’s product strategy by actively gathering client feedback and requirements ensuring our solution remains responsive to client needs and market trends
  • Manage your Customer Success Teams consisting of Value Engineers and Solution Architects while serving as the overarching point of contact for the customer
What we expect from you
  • Strong relationship-building skills, outgoing and communicative personality
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm to drive the transformation to sustainable manufacturing with our digital solution IQA
  • Ability to understand the most pressing customer issues in production and to present our matching solutions
  • Strong customer and sales focus to achieve the best results both for the customer and ONIQ
  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Several years of experience working in production management, lean manufacturing, operational excellence, or similar
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products is a bonus
  • Excellent language skills (English and German C1)
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings or industry events (typically 2-4 meetings per month)
