What you will do
You will accompany the customer value journey for our SaaS product IQA from beginning to end leveraging your tech savvy and business acumen. As a Value Engineer, you will be at the forefront of changing the manufacturing industry through next-level lean management practices while championing sustainability. As a crucial link between the Growth and Customer Success Teams you will:
- Accompany our clients for the entire customer value journey with IQA, from the first software demo through the pilot phase to roll-out
- Identify the most pressing customer needs early in the process and communicate how IQA will help to solve these
- Accompany the pilot phase as well as the IQA roll-out and build a strong and trusted relationship with the customer
- Use your know-how of production processes and your understanding of the customer’s pain points to identify how IQA can become a major value driver for the customer
- Promote IQA by showcasing the software at customer meetings or industry events
- Collaborate closely with the product management team to incorporate client feedback into product enhancements, ensuring our solution remains responsive to client needs and market trends
