What you will do
You will accompany the customer value journey for our SaaS product IQA from beginning to end leveraging your tech savvy and business acumen. As a Value Engineer, you will be at the forefront of changing the manufacturing industry through next-level lean management practices while championing sustainability. As a crucial link between the Growth and Customer Success Teams you will:
Accompany our clients for the entire customer value journey with IQA, from the first software demo through the pilot phase to roll-out
Identify the most pressing customer needs early in the process and communicate how IQA will help to solve these
Accompany the pilot phase as well as the IQA roll-out and build a strong and trusted relationship with the customer
Use your know-how of production processes and your understanding of the customer’s pain points to identify how IQA can become a major value driver for the customer
Promote IQA by showcasing the software at customer meetings or industry events
Influence ONIQ’s product strategy incorporating client feedback and ensuring our solution remains responsive to client needs and market trends
