What you will do
Join our Customer Success Team and be at the forefront of revolutionizing the manufacturing industry through next-level lean management practices while championing sustainability. As a Lean Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our SaaS product delivers maximum value to our clients. Here's how you'll contribute:
- Cultivate collaborative, client-centric relationships, leveraging insights generated with our software IQA to address their needs, pain points, and objectives
- Support the customer onboarding processes by taking ownership of the technical implementation and the customer’s requirements from beginning to end
- Lead workshops and onboarding sessions to showcase the tangible benefits of our solution, identifying optimization opportunities for clients' processes and delivering value-adding solutions for their challenges
- Collaborate closely with the product management team to incorporate client feedback into product enhancements, ensuring our solution remains responsive to client needs and market trends
