Lean Manager - Digital Lean Production

What you will do
Join our Customer Success Team and be at the forefront of revolutionizing the manufacturing industry through next-level lean management practices while championing sustainability. As a Lean Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our SaaS product delivers maximum value to our clients. Here's how you'll contribute:

  • Cultivate collaborative, client-centric relationships, leveraging insights generated with our software IQA to address their needs, pain points, and objectives
  • Support the customer onboarding processes by taking ownership of the technical implementation and the customer’s requirements from beginning to end
  • Lead workshops and onboarding sessions to showcase the tangible benefits of our solution, identifying optimization opportunities for clients' processes and delivering value-adding solutions for their challenges
  • Collaborate closely with the product management team to incorporate client feedback into product enhancements, ensuring our solution remains responsive to client needs and market trends
What we expect from you
  • Enthusiasm to drive the transformation to lean and green manufacturing with a digital solution
  • High levels of project management and organizational skills, ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership
  • Work with a strong customer focus to achieve the best results both for the customer and ONIQ
  • Master’s degree in Engineering or a similar field
  • Experience in production management, lean management, or similar 
  • Excellent language skills (English and German C1)
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings on occasion
