Senior Customers & Growth Lead (f/m/d)

What you will do
You will be responsible for sales and marketing of our SaaS product IQ|A. In this role, you will be promoting IQ|A to the C-Level, production and operational excellence managers across the manufacturing industry, building our growth team and defining the sales and marketing strategy. Together with the Growth team, you will:
  • Manage the entire go-to-market strategy and execution
  • Identify, evaluate and select suitable manufacturing customers for our SaaS product
  • Carry the responsibility for the entire sales cycle of our SaaS product, from lead generation to deal closing
  • Develop strong and standardized sales channels and grow our sales pipeline
  • Build up and coordinate our partner network 
  • Grow, coach and manage the Growth Team
  • Align with Product Management team on customer demands and Customer Success team on customer implementation activities and upselling opportunities
What we expect from you
  • Many years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry or with related B2B SaaS products
  • Strong relationship building skills, outgoing and communicative personality, preferably with an active, existing network in the manufacturing industry
  • Understand the most pressing customer issues in production and present our matching solutions
  • Ability to pitch a SaaS product for manufacturing companies to C-level and department heads
  • Willingness to work in a team-oriented, agile and fast-paced environment
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
  • Excellent language skills (English and German C1)
  • Willingness to travel
