What you will do
You will be responsible for sales and marketing of our SaaS product IQ/A. In this role, you will be promoting IQ/A to production and operational excellence managers across the manufacturing industry, building up our growth team and defining the sales and marketing strategy. Together with the Growth team, you will:
- Manage the entire go-to-market strategy and execution; initially in DACH, in the future also international
- Identify, evaluate and select suitable mid- and large size manufacturing customers for our SaaS product
- Carry the responsibility for the entire sales cycle of our SaaS product, from lead generation to deal closing
- Develop strong and standardized sales channels and grow our sales pipeline through an MQL-based approach
- Plan, coordinate and execute fairs, webinars and all other customer-related events
- Build up and coordinate our sales and implementation partner network
- Plan, coordinate and execute all product and content marketing activities as well as PR
- Grow, coach and manage the Growth Team
- Align with Product Management team on customer demands and Customer Success team on customer implementation activities and upselling opportunities
