What you will do
In this cross-divisional function bridging the Product Management, Growth, and Customer Success Teams, you will spearhead our product strategy for our software IQA. Leveraging your profound expertise in production management and lean manufacturing, you will collaborate closely with the C-Level and founders to shape critical product strategies. As the Head of Product, your daily routine will be characterized by varied and diverse tasks, including the following:
  • Developing, steering and managing the product strategy and its implementation 

  • Identifying and evaluating new product features and strategic directions to ensure the continued growth and competitiveness of our IQA software

  • Sharpen the strategic direction of our software by continuously focusing on our USP, monitoring the competitive landscape, and keeping an eye on the latest trends and technologies

  • Taking ownership of the product backlog, designing and optimizing our product management processes, and ensuring that the product strategy is efficiently translated into our Scrum development process

  • Leverage your product expertise to actively support our customer facing teams in acquiring or onboarding new customers

What we expect from you
  • Enthusiasm, an entrepreneurial spirit and the ambition to take an active role in building a fast-growing startup
  • Several years of experience with SaaS product management
  • Experience in production management, lean manufacturing, or operational excellence is a bonus
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to oversee, prioritize, and effectively balance a wide array of diverse and often competing requirements
  • Strong relationship-building skills, outgoing and communicative personality, ideally with an active, existing network in the industry
  • Ability to deeply understand our customers, interpret their requirements, and translate them into product features
  • Strong academic record and a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering (preferably with a focus on production management), Computer Science or a related technical field
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for customer meetings or industry events
